Product Usage
This project is designed with advanced technology. It can process 30 tons wheat per day,mainly suitable for rural and small-scale flour mills. The equipment is 18 meters long, 8 meters wide, 6.5 meters high, total power is 90KW. This line can produce Super grade powder, Grade I powder, Grade II powder and standard powder.

1,The wheat cleaning process includes below machines:

Three sieves
Two Scourers
Two Destoner
One wheat washing
Two magnetic separation
One wind selection

2.The wheat milling process includes:

10 sets pulverizers
2 sets FSFG6×24 high square sieves
4 sets skin grinding machines
4 sets core grinding machines
1 set slag milling machines
